Physical Exercises

Aerobic Exercises: It is related to any type of exercises that makes your heart pump faster and your breathing quicken. When done regularly, It will improve your breathing because it makes your heart stronger and better.

Strength Exercises: Regular exercises not only help improving your breathing and circulatory system, but also bring benefits to body muscles. Exercising regularly can make your muscles stronger.

Flexibility exercises: Exercising can also keep your body flexible, guaranteeing that muscles and joints are able to stretch and bend easily.
